Skill-Set & Core Competence
  1. The candidate should have experience in the field of marketing various IT products, services and various IT Solutions. Must have the good understanding for penetration and exploring the IT Business opportunities.
  2. The candidate should have good communication skills with experience in marketing and post-enquiry liaison with various Govt. department / PSUs / Boards & Corporations.
  3. The candidate should have focus for generating the business orders from the southern region of INDIA (All five states; AP, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamilnadu and Kerala).
  4. The candidate should be well versed with the local language and can be able to connect people.
Role & Responsibilities
The candidate shall discharge the assignment related to the Business Development and Operations. The chief duties includes, but not limited to;
  1. Exploring Business Development opportunities in various IT domains like PKI Business, E-procurement, E-governance, Surveillance solutions, software and application development domain.
  2. Managing the existing opportunities and office operations. To be good team leader, guide and groom the team for exceeding the targets set by the management. Ensure daily connect with Head office at Gandhinagar Gujarat.
  3. Execution & implementation co-ordination of the IT projects in various domain.
  4. Creating value added offerings in line with market demand.

Chief Manager – Finance and Account

Role & Responsibilities
The candidate shall discharge the assignment related to the Finance and Accounting. The chief duties includes, but not limited to;
  1. To be a good team leader.
  2. To finalise and consolidate accounts, various audits, budgets, costing & MIS report generation.
  3. Managing the project accounting, profitability, cashflow and the other related matters.
  4. Work on the statutory compliance and has to interact with auditors, consultants and regulatory authorities.

Role & Responsibilities

  1. Managing vendor and client management.
  2. To finalise the commercial contracts and negotiations.
  3. Managing creation and monitoring various orders, invoices in system for purchase and sales.
  4. To interact with operating departments.
  5. To finalise the documents like BGs, LCs, insurance policies and other related documents.
  6. To monitor the system and to manage the documentation to ensure compliance of tax laws and availment of tax credit and MIS report generation.

Executive (Commercial)

  2. Creation of the master, Service and purchase orders, payment recommendations, sales invoicing and all the other related items in SAP.
  3. To monitor and provide detailed MIS reports as per the management or regulatory requirement.
